Bogosia antinorii Rondani, 1873 ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: 1873e: 284. TYPE LOCALITY: “ Bogos [Bogos (Eritrea)]”. TYPE MATERIAL: 1 ♀, holotype (MSNG): Bogos 1871, Antinori / Typus / Beccarimyia antinorii Rond. / Beccarimyia antinorii Ron., Abissin. [= Abyssinia (Eritrea)]. CURRENT STATUS: valid species (Crosskey 1980: 824, O’Hara & Cerretti 2016: 173, O’Hara et al. 2020: 568). REMARKS: Rondani (1873e: 284) described Bogosia antinorii, without specifying the number or the sex of the specimens, but giving a single measurement of length, from material collected by O. Beccari and O. Antinori.
