Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic performance and effect on therapeutic management of 64-section computed tomographic (CT) angiography in the assessment of steno-occlusive disease in patients with peripheral arterial disease (PAD), with conventional digital subtraction angiography (DSA) as the reference standard. Materials and Methods: The study protocol was approved by the institutional review board, and written informed consent; was obtained from all patients.
