Pancasila And Citizenship Education Teachers' Perceptions Of Principal Leadership In Online Learning

The perception of Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is strongly supported by the leadership of the principal. This article reports on the Perceptions of Citizenship Pancasila Education Teachers and the efforts made by school principals in overcoming online learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted with a phenomenological approach involving 33 teachers. The results showed that in general, the principal was ready to face the shift in learning from offline to online. The obstacle is that the teacher is very weak in the use of technology. The principal's efforts to immediately form a team, involve teachers in training, and build healthy communication through the use of technology.
