In Italy, during the last few years (2008-2013), the processes of land development have stalled due to the economic and political situation of the Country. The lack of public resources available to enable the above mentioned processes, as well as a complex and incomplete legislative and regulatory framework are the main causes of the crisis affecting the construction industry.
