Infrastructures and environmental impact: The synergy of architectural and structural design

The design of infrastructures in analyzed in conjunction with the environmental impact of such structure on the landscape. The study have analyzed more than 70 projects of important highways and railways; some peculiar aspect are put into evidence with reference to real examples.
