Background: Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) is a severe and potentially life-threatening complication of controlled ovarian stimulation (COH). Cabergoline has been tried as a preventive measure for OHSS in high-risk women undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART) treatment.
