This study discusses the challenges companies face in empowering their human resources to market their products and services when the financial crisis is rocking the world. To address this issue, we did a series of data searches with the help of the Google search engine electronically on several literature sources published between 2010 to 2022, all of which are scientific literature in book communication and journal articles. The technical effort of the editorial review is to edit and integrate the data before we conclude so that the results can validly answer issues and hypotheses.
