In (a), 100 RGCs (a superset of the cells in Fig 3C, does not contain any cells from Fig 4B) were recorded across the entire width of the GCaMP-expressing ring in M3. There were 3 cells that only showed S cone responses, represented by overlapping circles at the origin.
