Objective: To identify the degree of knowledge of post-surgical pain in nurses of Reanimación and Urpa and to know if there are differences due to sociodemographic characteristics. To assess the existence of inequalities in the level of knowledge of pain in terms of service, contract, seniority and training. Method: An observational, analytical and transversal study that was carried out in the Reanimations and URPAS . The study subjects were nurses working in these units. Demographic, labor and training variables were collected. To assess the knowledge and attitudes, the validated questionnaire Nurses' Knoweledge at Attitudes Survey Regarding Pain was used.
