PENGARUH STRENGTHENING BALL ROLL EXERCISE TERHADAP TINGKAT LENGKUNGAN ARCUS PADA ANAK FLAT FOOT USIA 4-6 TAHUN

Background: Flat foot is a deformity of the foot in which the medial arch does not form. Ball Strengthening Exercise Rolling is a muscle strengthening exercise that uses rolling a ball. The prevalence of children with flat foot in the world is around 20-30% while in America it is around 50%. If the arcus will not improve in balance, flexibility, gait patterns, and child development. Objective: Knowing the effect of giving strengthening ball roll exercise to flat foot children at KB Sahabat Dau Method: This study used a quasi-experimental approach with one group pre-test and post-test approach. This study aims to determine the effect of Strengthening Ball Roll Exercise by comparing the arc curvature values before and after the intervention. This study involved 22 respondents for KB Sahabat Ananda's children. Results: Based on the Wilcoxon effect test, p = 0.0000 which shows that there is an effect of strengthening ball roll exercise on the arch of the foot. Conclusion: There is an effect of giving Strengthening Ball Roll Exercises to the arcus curve in the children of Friends of Ananda's family planning family
