Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Emotional Intelligence, Servant Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan perbankan di PT Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk cabang Kebon Jeruk. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh (sensus) kepada 55 Karyawan perbankan di PT Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk cabang Kebon Jeruk dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan merupakan metode regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS versi 25.
