L’impact des sources de financement sur la performance des coopératives agricoles au Maroc : Proposition d’un modèle conceptuel

The informal sector of the economy continues to predominate in Morocco. As a solution to this problem, a number of initiatives have been developed in the hope of locating alternatives that can modernize this informal economy on the one hand, and on the other hand, facilitate the integration of young graduates into the labor market, to find new ways of training, and to access employment and economic activity. One of these initiatives is the Social and Solidarity Economy, which is carried out by these organizations. These initiatives have been developed in the hope of locating alternatives that can modernize this informal economy. This essay functions within this framework by providing a contribution, particularly with regard to the topic of agricultural cooperatives in Morocco. Specifically, this article focuses on the cooperatives in Morocco. The purpose of this article is to present a literature review with the goals of, on the one hand, determining the sources of financing used by agricultural cooperatives, analyzing and classifying them, and, on the other hand, developing the influence of the financial structure of these cooperatives on their overall performance. The review of the literature will be presented in order to fulfill these goals. A conceptual model will be presented as a synthesis of the results obtained, as well as a descriptive analysis of the research field carried out based on a sample of agricultural cooperatives that were questioned via a questionnaire. L'une de ces initiatives est l'économie sociale et solidaire, qui est menée par ces organisations. Ces initiatives ont été développées dans l'espoir de trouver des alternatives qui puissent moderniser cette économie informelle. Cet essai s'inscrit dans ce cadre en apportant une contribution, notamment en ce qui concerne le thème des coopératives agricoles au Maroc. Plus précisément, cet article se concentre sur les coopératives au Maroc. L'objectif de cet article est de présenter une revue de la littérature dans le but, d'une part, de déterminer les sources de financement utilisées par les coopératives agricoles, de les analyser et de les classer et, d'autre part, de développer l'influence de la structure financière de ces coopératives sur leur performance globale. La revue de la littérature sera présentée afin d'atteindre ces objectifs. Un modèle conceptuel sera présenté comme synthèse des résultats obtenus, ainsi qu'une analyse descriptive du champ de recherche réalisée à partir d'un échantillon de coopératives agricoles interrogées via un questionnaire.
