Purpose: The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) for sustainable tourism development in a hotel and the impact of the CSR on society and the environment. Research methods: Its primary data is the Human Resources Department and employees in The Oberoi Beach Resort Bali, as well as the community that can provide information about the CSR. The secondary one is taken from books, article journals, and websites.
