PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERANGKAT DESA DI KECAMATAN PINO RAYA KABUPATEN BENGKULU SELATAN

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, level of education and job satisfaction on the performance of village officials in Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this research is all village apparatus in Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency. The research sample was 120 village officials taken by total sampling technique. Data collection was done by observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 3.297 + 0.258 X1 + 0.701 X2 + 0.227 X3. The results of the analysis show that partially competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials (tcount = 2.418 and t Sig = 0.017), the level of education has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials (tcount = 8.308 and t Sig = 0.000) and job satisfaction has an effect on positive and significant to the performance of village officials (tcount = 4.746 and t Sig = 0.000). Simultaneously there is an effect of competence, education level of job satisfaction on the performance of village officials (Fcount = 176,511 and F Sig = 0.000)
