This study examines the diplomacy and cooperation between China and Afghanistan in maintaining security and stability. The two countries seek to improve diplomatic relations as a strategy to fulfill their national interests. The authors employed a qualitative method using secondary data from books, journals, and online news. It was found that with the establishment of security and stability, China can achieve China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) plan.
