The case study focuses on iugeral nets of the acquaeducts in the Aniene valley near Castel Madama (Rome), showing in some areas accordance between iugeral direction and modulus and the modern rural land partition. The persistence of this net has been interpreted as the relic of the roman land division through more than 2000 years. ...
