This study deals with the economic laws in the Jordanian constitution, namely the right of ownership and the right to work on one hand, and the balancing of these rights with Islamic law in order to determine the extent to which the Jordanian constitution approves Islamic law in this regard. The study concluded that most of the articles of the Jordanian constitution came in accordance with Shari\u27a, with some of the articles that contradicted the Sharia in some of their finer details.
