Abstract: This research aimed to reveal the degree of practicing servant leadership by college deans in the Jordanian universities and its relationship with the participation of faculty members in administrative decisions making. The study used the descriptive correlative approach. The sample of the study consisted of (334) faculty members in the Jordanian universities in the northern region, they were selected by the stratified random method. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from the study sample. The results showed that the degree of practicing servant leadership by college deans in the Jordanian universities was medium. The results also showed that the degree of participation of faculty members in making administrative decisions was medium. The study also showed that there was a positive and statistically significant relationship between the degree of practicing servant leadership by college deans in the Jordanian universities and the degree of participation of faculty members in making administrative decisions. ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن درجة ممارسة عمداء الكليات في الجامعات الأردنية للقيادة الخادمة وعلاقتها بمشاركة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في صنع القرارات الإدارية. أتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (334) عضو هيئة تدريس في الجامعات الأردنية بإقليم الشمال, تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من أفراد عينة الدراسة. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة عمداء الكليات في الجامعات الأردنية للقيادة الخادمة جاءت متوسطة. كما بينت النتائج أن درجة مشاركة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في صنع القرارات الإدارية جاء متوسطاً. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة إرتباطية ايجابية دالة إحصائياً بين درجة ممارسة عمداء الكليات في الجامعات الأردنية للقيادة الخادمة وعلاقتها بمشاركة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في صنع القرارات الإدارية
