AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price, promotion, and place both together, and each variable on purchasing decisions. The data used comes from PT Air Kristal Lestari Balikpapan which produces DC brand bottled water. The population of this study were 85 customers, so that the sample taken was 68 respondents. The research was conducted both qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative research was conducted using observation and interviews, while quantitative methods were conducted by testing validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing.
