Covid-19 cases in Indonesia have shown a fairly high increase in several regions and the morbidity rate is also increasing. This requires proper treatment, especially adequate treatment so that the cure rate is increasing. This study aims to get an overview of the experiences of volunteers in providing care to Covid-19 patients. The design used is descriptive phenomenology with in-depth interview method. Participants were volunteers from Health Polytechnic of Jakarta III who treated Covid-19 patients with a total of 12 participants obtained by purposive sampling.
