Analyse spatiale de la vulnérabilité territoriale des municipalités cantabriques basée sur l'indice de Moran

The municipalities of Cantabria have undergone important demographic changes in recent years, with the result that the population is heterogeneously distributed throughout the territory. This distribution is influenced by the territorial vulnerability, based on demographic and socio-economic variables, which will be analysed in this paper due to the scarce research that currently exists in this area. To this end, a bibliographic search on the subject will be carried out, alphanumeric and cartographic data will be compiled on a municipal and population centre scales and the Moran’s indexes will be calculated using Geographic Information Systems. Analysing the results obtained from tables and cartographic representations, it can be seen that the vulnerability of Cantabria is concentrated in the most rural and ageing municipalities, with the most developed ones having an almost non-existent vulnerability. Despite this, there are variables which should be highlighted, as they invert the results, giving vulnerability to the most populated municipalities and making the rural ones acquire favourable characteristics.Los municipios de Cantabria han sufrido importantes cambios demográficos en los últimos años, haciendo que, en la actualidad, la población se estructure de manera heterogénea a lo largo de su territorio. Esta distribución se ve influenciada por la vulnerabilidad territorial basada en variables demográficas y socioeconómicas, la cual se analizará en el presente trabajo debido a las escasas investigaciones que existen actualmente sobre este ámbito. Para ello, se realizará una búsqueda bibliográfica sobre el tema, se recopilarán datos alfanuméricos y cartográficos a escala municipal y de núcleos de población, y se calcularán los Índices de Moran mediante los Sistemas de Información Geográfica. Analizando a partir de tablas y representaciones cartográficas los resultados obtenidos, se observa que la vulnerabilidad de este territorio se concentra generalmente en los municipios más rurales y envejecidos de Cantabria, haciendo que los más desarrollados posean una vulnerabilidad casi inexistente. A pesar de eso, existen variables que deben ser resaltadas, ya que invierten los resultados dotando de debilidad a los municipios más poblados y haciendo que los rurales adquieran características favorables
