Hubungan Perilaku Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun dengan Kejadian Pandemi Covid 19 di Kabupaten Sukoharjo

ABSTRACT Hand Wash Using Soap is a healthy behavior can prevent the spread of infectious diseases, one of which is Covid 19. Based on the commurative data on covid 19 cases as of July 22, 2020 OTG amounted to 1184, ODP and PDP amounted to 779 and positive by 196. The case of OTG Covid 19 is increasing because people are less aware of things that can prevent the spread of coronavirus, one of which is Hand Washing Using Soap, as well as the number of people who travel to the red zone area and do not use PPE such as masks, faceshields. This research aims to find out the relationship of hand washing behavior using soap with the covid 19 pandemic event in Sukoharjo Regency. This type of research is observational analytics with a Case Control approach. The population of cases namely OTG Covid 19 in Sukoharjo Regency while the control population is not OTG in Sukoharjo Regency, the sample of case respondents is 42 people, while the sample of control respondents is 42 people. This research sampling technique by means of quota sampling for individual maching cases for control samples using google form questionnaire. The data analysis used is Chi Square. Results showed that the majority of respondents were well behaved 53 people (63.1%). Based on the Chi Square test there is a relationship of hand washing behavior using soap with the covid-19 pandemic event in Sukoharjo Regency (p value 0.000< 0.05 and value C = -419) with moderate relationship correlation. To the Sukoharjo District Health Office to continue to provide information to the public about hand washing using soap and provide facilities to people who do not have hand washing facilities using soap in their environment. Berdasarkan data komulatif kasus covid 19 per tanggal 22 juli 2020 OTG sebesar 1184, ODP dan PDP sebesar 779 dan positif sebesar 196. Kasus OTG Covid 19 semakin hari semakin meningkat karena masyarakat yang kurang kesadaran akan hal - hal yang dapat mencegah tersebarnya virus corona, salah satunya Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun, juga masih banyaknya masyarakat yang bepergian ke daerah zona merah serta tidak menggunakan APD seperti masker, faceshield. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun dengan kejadian pandemi Covid 19 di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Jenis penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Case Control. Populasi kasus yaitu OTGCovid 19 di Kabupaten Sukoharjo sedangkan populasi kontrol yaitubukan OTG di Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Sampel responden kasus adalah 42 orang, sedangkan sampel responden kontrol adalah 42 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dengan cara Quota sampling untuk kasus maching individual untuk sampel kontrolmenggunakan kuesioner google form. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Chi Square. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besarresponden berperilaku baik 53 orang (63,1%). Berdasarkan uji Chi Square ada hubungan perilaku cuci tangan pakai sabun dengan kejadian pandemi Covid 19 di Kabupaten Sukoharjo (p value 0,000< 0,05 dan nilai C = -419) dengan korelasi hubungan sedang. Kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sukoharjo untuk terus memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang cuci tangan pakai sabun dan memberikan fasilitas kepada masyarakat yang belum memiliki fasilitas cuci tangan pakai sabun di lingkungannya.
