La educación inclusiva en la prosocialidad desde una perspectiva de la diversidad

This research article synthesizes a study that allows to identify, at present and from the evolution of the legal system, advances, challenges and problems that still persist in terms of attention to diversity, however, there are actions, languages, meanings, that hinder the construction of inclusive education scenarios for the bet of a human development from the potentialities and not from the deficit. For this reason, the question is posed: What is the influence of prosociality from a diversity perspective in inclusive education? The general objective is to identify the different reflections that emerged from the children about prosociality and its influence on inclusive education in the educational institution of the city of Pereira. The research was developed as a qualitative study of hermeneutic and comprehensive cut, in which the technique of the laboratory of vital experiences was used, using instruments such as interviews, field diary and questionnaires. In order to identify the acceptance of the other as a fundamental characteristic to understand inclusion in the classroom, and how is the recognition before and after entering an inclusive institution. It is concluded with the need to enhance recognition and acceptance, being an inherent condition to human beings, strengthening the right to be different, accepted, respected by their social and educational environment, aspects that strengthen prosociality and that enhance in educational environments the commitment to care from diversity.El presente artículo de investigación sintetiza un estudio que permite identificar en la actualidad y desde la evolución del ordenamiento jurídico, los avances, los retos y las problemáticas que aún persisten en materia de atención a la diversidad, donde se advierten acciones, lenguajes y sentidos que obstaculizan la construcción de escenarios de educación inclusiva para la apuesta de un desarrollo humano desde las potencialidades y no desde el déficit. Por tal razón, se plantea la pregunta: ¿cuál es la influencia de la prosocialidad a partir de una perspectiva de la diversidad en la educación inclusiva? Así, el objetivo general pretende identificar las diferentes reflexiones que surgieron por parte de los niños y las niñas acerca de la prosocialidad y su influencia en la educación inclusiva en una institución educativa de la ciudad de Pereira. La investigación se desarrolló como un estudio cualitativo de corte hermenéutico y comprensivo, en el cual se usó la técnica del laboratorio de experiencias vitales, empleando instrumentos como las entrevistas, el diario de campo y los cuestionarios. De este modo, se buscó definir la aceptación por el otro como característica fundamental para entender la inclusión en el aula y cómo es el reconocimiento antes y después de ingresar a una institución inclusiva. Finalmente, se concluye con la necesidad de potenciar la identificación y la aceptación, siendo una condición inherente al ser humano, fortaleciendo el derecho a ser diferente, aceptado y respetado por su entorno social y educativo, aspectos que fortalecen la prosocialidad y que potencian, en ámbitos educativos, la apuesta a la atención desde la diversidad
