Controles prenatales insuficientes en adolescentes primigestas

Objective: To analyze insufficient prenatal controls in primigravid adolescents. Methods: Descriptive observational study. Results: 25% of primigravida adolescents say they are aware of the risks that may arise from not attending prenatal check-ups, namely the presence of birth traumas. Conclusion: To raise awareness among primigravid adolescents by means of prenatal care, thus reducing the complications that put the health of the mother and baby at risk in premature delivery and low birth weight that put the baby's health at risk. The socialization of the importance of attending prenatal check-ups in primigravid adolescents and compliance with the number of prenatal check-ups established in our country, is the guarantee to achieve healthy children and healthy mothers.Objetivo: Analizar los controles prenatales insuficientes en adolescentes primigestas. Método: Descriptiva observacional. Resultados: El 25% de adolescentes primigestas dicen conocer os riesgos que se pueden presentar por no asistir al Control Prenatal es la presencia de traumatismos al nacer él bebé. Conclusión: Concientizar a las adolescentes primigestas mediante la asistencia del control prenatal, reduciendo así las complicaciones que ponen en riesgo la salud de la madre y él bebe en el parto prematuro y el bajo peso al nacer que ponen en riesgo la salud del bebé. La sociabilización de la importancia de asistir al control prenatal en adolescentes primigestas y el cumplimiento del número de controles prenatales establecidos en nuestro país, es la garantía para lograr niños sanos y madres saludables
