Sosialisasi Terkait Anemia Pada Santriwati Di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hakim Kecamatan Kediri Kabupaten Lombok Barat

Anemia is a nutritional problem that is often found throughout the world which does not only occur in developing countries but also in developed countries. Low iron intake often occurs in people who consume less diverse foods, such as protein. Iron deficiency anemia is more common in young women than young men because young women experience menstruation every month and are still in their infancy, so they need more iron intake. This activity was carried out at the Nurul Hakim Islamic Boarding School, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency in September with a target of 64 female students. This activity was carried out with the aim of increasing students' understanding of anemia. This community service activity was carried out by socializing using the lecture method, interactive discussions and filling out pretest and posttest questionnaires to see a comparison of the participants' understanding levels. The results of the service show that the understanding of the students of the Nurul Hakim Islamic boarding school towards the anemia material that has been announced has increased by 7% from the percentage of the initial pretest score of 56% and posttest of 63%.Anemia is a nutritional problem that is often found throughout the world which does not only occur in developing countries but also in developed countries.
