ABSTRACT Yayan Abdullah (154210052) Comparative Analysis of Rice Farming Income of Logawa and Inpari 32 Varieties in Rambah Baru Village, Rambah Samo District, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Under the Guidance of Mr. Dr. Ir. Ujang Paman Ismail, M. Agr. To produce maximum production and income, the use of production factors in the form of land, seeds, labor, fertilizers, pesticides must be effective and efficient. This research was conducted in Rambah Baru Village, Rambah Samo District, Rokan Hulu Regency with the aim of analyzing: (1) The characteristics of lowland rice farmers of logawa and Inpari 32 varieties, (2) Knowing the cultivation technology of lowland rice farming varieties logawa and inpari 32. (3) Analyzing Costs, production, income and efficiency of lowland rice farming of logawa and inpari 32 varieties. (4) Analyzing the comparison of rice farming income of logawa and inpari 32 varieties. This study used a survey method. The sampling technique for lowland rice farmers of logawa and inpari 32 varieties used simple random sampling. 10% of the selected farmers are taken from farmer groups in selected locations. This research was conducted in July-December 2020. The results showed that the average age of the logawa variety farmers was 47.36 years, while the inpari variety 32 was 42.16 years. The average educational level of logawa variety farmers is 7.08 years and inpari variety farmers 32 7.32 years, the number of dependents of logawa variety farmers is 4 people and 32 inpari variety farmers' experiences, while for the experience of farming logawa variety farmers the average is 11.48 years and inpari 32 11.56 years. The lowland rice cultivation technique of logawa and inpari 32 varieties was not in accordance with the farming standards, namely the application of paddy spacing. The yield of lowland rice farming of logawa varieties was 1,859.64 kg / arable / MT and inpari 32 was 1,428 kg / arable / MT. The gross income of lowland rice farming of logawa varieties is on average IDR 10,228,020 / cultivated / MT, for inpari 32 variety an average of IDR 7,854,000 / cultivated / MT. The average use of logawa variety farming costs IDR 4,276,539.93 / cultivated / MT, for inpari 32 variety farming an average of IDR 4,615,460.60 / cultivated / MT. The net income of lowland rice farming of logawa variety is Rp. 5,951,539.08/garapan/MT and rice field inpari 32 is Rp. 3,238,539.40 / cultivated / MT. The efficiency value (RCR) of lowland rice farming in logawa variety is 2.40 and lowland rice farming inpari 32 is 1.70. Therefore, the use of logawa variety rice seeds is more profitable and efficient than lowland rice farming using inpari 32 rice seeds.
