The research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru City for 5 months starting from February to June 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the main and interaction effect of giving Fly Ash and NPK 16:16:16. In oil palm nurseries, the research used a completely randomized design (CRD) in factorial consisting of two factors. The first factor is Fly Ash (F) which consists of 4 levels, namely 25, 50, 75, 100 g per polybag and the second factor is NPK 16:16:16 (N) consisting of 4 levels, namely 47.5, 70, 95 , 140 g per plant to obtain 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications, so there were 48 experimental units.
