Peran Camat Dalam Pembinaan Kampung KB Di Desa Penarah Kecamatan Belat Kabupaten Karimun

Kampung KB is a program developed as an effort to improve the quality of life for families and communities, especially those in rural areas, poor, densely populated, underdeveloped, remote, watersheds and fishing areas throughout the country. Making a public policy regarding KB Kampung is one of the government's first steps in trying to solve the problem in fostering KB Village. Therefore, it is necessary to provide guidance to the KB Village to encourage various activities of the KB Village. However, this coaching has not been carried out optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the sub-district head in the development of the KB village in Penarah Village, Belat District, Karimun Regency and to determine the inhibiting factors in the role of the sub-district head in the coaching. The type of research that the author uses in this study uses qualitative methods. The results showed that the role of the sub-district head in fostering the Kampung KB in Penarah Village, Belat District, Karimun Regency has not been effective. The inhibiting factors for the Role of the Sub-District Head in Fostering KB Village in Penarah Village, Belat District, Karimun Regency are the absence of a budget for funds, the lack of a KB Village development program and a lack of coordination between the Sub-District Heads and the managers of the KB Village and between the Karimun Regency BKKBN offices
