This task is considered important because to further optimize licensing, especially for internet cafe businesses. However, the implementation of the task has not been carried out to the maximum. So that there are still many people who open internet cafe businesses do not yet have a permit. The purpose of this research is to find out the Implementation of the Duties and Investment Services Office of One Door Integrated in Internet Cafes Monitoring in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City and to find out the factors that are inhibiting the Implementation of the Duties of Investment Services and One Stop Services in the Control of Internet Cafes in the District Handsome Pekanbaru City.
