The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of human relations on the work ethic of employees at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Main Branch Pekanbaru. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with a saturated sampling method. The sample in this study were 49 respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique uses instrument test, simple linear regression, determination test (R2) and t test (partial).
