Analisis Kompetensi Pegawai Pada Kantor Lurah Tangkerang Utara Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine and analyze the Competency of Employees in the North Tangkerang District Office of Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The competency assessment indicators used include knowledge, abilities and attitudes. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions and objectivity of the existence of objectives at the research location. The population and sample in this study were 64 people. Types and data collection techniques used consist of, primary data collected using questionnaire and interview lists and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researchers assessed and concluded that the Analysis of Employee Competency at the Tangkerang Utara Sub-District Office in Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City was quite good. The inhibiting factors are that some employees are still unable to operate computers optimally, then the low quality of work of North Tangkerang Village Administration staff in carrying out administrative administration of the village, and the lack of employee discipline in service time, causes the community to get services that are less than optimal and tend to be slow, the work that should have been completed in a day, in reality two to three days just finished, such as making a marriage certificate and residence domicile
