This paper focus on the study of problem and issue faced by university management in handling and recording academic staff Key Performance Indicator. The scope of the study is mainly focusing on the Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) academic staff key performance indicator that uses to track academic staff progress and performance in the university.
