This report basically discusses the preliminary research done and basic understanding of the chosen topic, which is study focus on pressure profile for a horizontal well. The objective of this project is to develop intelligent oil wells that can detect water from up to several hundred metres away and react before it contaminates production and focus on pressure profile for horizontal well. The method in this project is to make reservoir simulation by looking the pressure profile at each segment.
