This report basically discusses the preliminary research done and basic understanding of the chosen topic, which is the "Synthesis of ZnO-NiO nanoparticle using solidvapor phase thermal sublimation method". This project will apply solid-vapor phase thermal sublimation method to synthesis ZnO-NiO nanoparticle, to study and characterize the effect of differentratios of ZnO-NiO used in determining its physicochemical properties, study and characterize the effect of different calcinations temperatures ofZnO-NiO used in determining its physico-chemical properties, and to study the effect of introducing NiO to ZnO towards the electrical properties of zinc oxide.
