Performance appraisal is an important process for any organization. It is the key of success to an organization as it ensures high quality of employees. Therefore, in Malaysia, government sectors are obligated to perform an annual performance evaluation and assessment on the employees. Currently, the Laporan Penilaian Prestasi Pegawai Kumpulan Perkhidmatan Sokongan (I) form is used by Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah (PPD) and schools as a formal form for reporting the teacher's appraisal result.
