Pengaruh Padat Tebar yang Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Kelulushidupan Lobster Red Claw (Cherax Quadricarinatus) di Dalam Aquarium

This research was conducted in February - March 2017. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of stocking density on the growth and survival rate of Freshwater Lobster (Cherax quadricarinatus) in the aquarium. The study used 3 treatments and 3 replications, namely stocking density of 10, 15, and 20. Data analysis used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 95% confidence level. The results showed growth in length (Fcount 20.10 > FTable 5.14), weight growth (FCount 7.74 > FTable 5.14), where the stocking density of 10 birds had the most significant effect on length growth (1.37 cm). and weight (1.97 grams) followed by treatment of 15 birds (0.57 grams), and treatment of 20 birds (1.27 grams). Stocking density did not significantly affect the survival of lobsters (Fcount 1.02 < FTable 5.14)
