ANALISIS MODEL PENGEMBANGAN BUMDES

The method used is a Qualitative Descriptive Review Literature Survey Analysis. The results of this study show that there are four main element groups in developing BUMDes including the Human Leadership Gene Group (GHL) Steffens et al (2021), Technology Leadership Gene Group (GTL): Rosenhead (2019), Gene Style Leadership Group (GSL): Hiller et al (2020). ), Gene Supporting Team (GST): Taylor (2019), The use of village funds must begin to be directed to mobilize productive sectors, starting from post-harvest processing, small industries, micro-industries in villages, natural resources, tourist village. Starting rural industrialization must be done immediately because this is part of the massive job creation. BUMDes must be revitalized as an economic driver in the village, connected and integrated with the national supply chain and able to make partnerships with large private sectors. And distribution channels have begun to open so that superior products in the village can enter the national and global marketplaces
