PENGARUH DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER), NET PROFIT MARGIN (NPM), EARNING PER SHARE (EPS), RETURN ON ASSET (ROA) DAN RETURN ON EQUITY (ROE) TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN RETAIL TRADE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2015-2018

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) Against Stock Prices at Retail Trade Companies That Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2015-2018. To obtain data from these variables taken from the retail trade company financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The subjects of this study were retail trade companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period, totaling 16 companies. While the sampling used a purposive sampling technique. Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) as the independent variable and Stock Price as the dependent variable. The data collection method uses the documentation method. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study using the coefficient of determination test (R2), the results obtained 39.9% Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROA) ROE) together affect the Stock Price, while the remaining 60.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the results of multiple linear regression test results obtained by the regression equation Y = 5.190 + (-0,036) + 0,085 + 0,406 + 0,118 + (-0,069) + e, based on the results of the t test (partial) for the Debt To Equity Ratio variable, the sig level is 0.797> 0.05, so the Debt To Equity Ratio has no effect on the Stock Price, Net Profit Margin obtained sig level of 0.317> 0.05, then Net Profit Margin has no effect on Stock Prices, Earning Per Share obtained sig level of 0.001 <0.05 then Earning Per Share has an effect on Stock Prices, Return On Assets obtained sig level of 0.255 > 0.05, then Return On Assets has no effect on Stock Prices and Return On Equity obtained a sig level of 0.515 <0.05, then Return On Equity has no effect on Stock Prices. And from the F test (simultaneous) obtained a sig level of 0.003 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the Debt To Equity Ratio (Der), Net Profit Margin (Npm), Earning Per Share (Eps), Return On Asset (Roa) And Return On Equity (Roe) simultaneously has a significant influence on the Banking Stock Prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2018
