The Level of Satisfaction Survey of International Tourist at Some Places of Ecotourism in the Mekong Delta

This research was conducted at some ecotourism places in the Mekong Delta such as Tra Su landscape protecting area, Tram Chim national park and Gao Giong ecotourism zone. The author interviewed by questionnaire 115 International tourists (who speak English fluently) to these three locations. The sampling was carried out in 6 months (from February to July in 2015). In this research, the author evaluated the satisfaction level of tourists based on the difference of perception and expectation. The author also used SPSS, statistic and analytic methods based on the survey result to analyze the factors that have strongly influenced on the satisfaction of visitors to propose some measures to help ecotourism in Mekong Delta develop more appropriately
