KONFLIK MASYARAKAT DENGAN PERUMDA TIRTA KANJURUHAN DALAM PEMANFAATAN SUMBER AIR DI DESA DUWET KRAJAN KABUPATEN MALANG

The case of water conflicts in Indonesia has become a serious concern due to various aspects and involves various parties, both between the community and the community, the community and the government and others. In simple terms, conflicts that occur at the national or regional level can be categorized into several typologies such as conflicts between communities and the state, conflicts between local governments, conflicts between users including companies, conflicts between communities and industrial groups, although a conflict can be classified in one typology but conflict triggers as well. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses data analysis systematically compiled from the results of interviews and other materials. Community Conflict with Perumda Tirta Kanjuruan in the Utilization of Water Resources in Duwet Krajan Village, Malang Regency, there is no significant end result, but in order to avoid further conflict, the only way taken by Perumda Tirta Kanjuruan is to distribute the water discharge
