Pelaksanaan Mediasi Dalam Penyelesaian Sengketa Tumpang Tindih Kepemilikan Hak Atas Tanah Antara PT.Griya Intan Dengan Warsito Di Desa Ngenep Karangploso (Studi Kasus Di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Malang)

Problems that often occur in disputes over obtaining and owning a plot of land in the community are very strict, so they lead to land disputes. This in the future could result in many people needing justice from the government for mediation. In addition to being easy and efficient, mediation is also very good at resolving disputes. For example, handling disputes. Based on the problem to be studied is the implementation of mediation at the Malang Regency Land Office to resolve cases between PT. Griya Intan and Warsito in Ngenep Karangploso Village, as well as the obstacles faced by the parties in the mediation process with the juridical-empirical method used. The research was obtained with primary data and other data sources by observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study can be seen by the stages of mediation at the Land Office of Malang Regency, found a bright point because both parties in the process are very cooperative and the problem is not harmed even before the mediation has a lot of troubles, such as for the difficulty of finding the files due to the changes of the staff members every year, so it needs to find more related to the files. The conclusions and suggestions from this study are that it is hopefully the process of implementing land dispute resolution can be carried out at the location of the object of the dispute it is hoped that it can be done anywhere; then to the staff members of the Malang Regency Land Office; there needs to be administrative control in the Land Office so that there are no more obstacles in finding files to analyze disputes and juridical physical data so that there are no mistakes in the future that can lead to land dispute
