PERBEDAAN TINGKAT KONSENTRASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V SD SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH DILAKUKAN SENAM OTAK (BRAIN GYM)

Background: Concentration is an important aspect for children in achieving learning success. The low concentration of learning will cause a decrease in one's learning outcomes. There are several ways that can be used to increase the concentration of learning in children. One of them is the Brain Gym method. Brain Gym was chosen as a way to increase learning concentration. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between Brain Gym and the increase in learning concentration of fifth grade students at SD Plus Mutiara Sains Bangil. Methods: The design of this study used the Quasi Experiment Design method, namely the One Group Pretest-Posttest. The research sample was 35 respondents, which was taken by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was 1 sheet of Army Alpha Test regarding a row of numbers and a row of shapes or images containing 12 questions. Analysis using Wilcoxon test.
