Partícula não-relativística com spin-1/2 em campos eletromagnético e gravitacional

In the present work our starting point is the Pauli equation in a weak gravitational field, obtained as a low energy limit of the Dirac equation in a curved background. This equation is written in terms of an arbitrary gravitational perturbation hµν, about which we did not specify any characteristic. From such a general equation, we obtain the equations of motion for position, momentum and spin in the limit ℏ → 0, with the purpose of investigating the effects of gravity on fermions. After that, in our general equations we specify the form of the gravitational perturbation for some particularly important cases, namely the weak gravitational wave and the Newtonian limit of the Schwarzschild metric, in order to compare our results with the results found in literature that were obtained by other methods.No presente trabalho, nosso ponto de partida é a equação de Pauli em um campo gravitacional fraco, obtida como limite de baixa energia da equação de Dirac em uma métrica de fundo curva. Essa equação é escrita em termos de uma perturbação gravitacional arbitrária hµν, sobre a qual não especificamos nenhuma característica. A partir dessa equação geral, obtemos as equações de movimento para posição, momento e spin no limite ℏ → 0, com o objetivo de investigar os efeitos da gravidade sobre férmions. Depois disso, em nossas equações gerais, especificamos a forma da perturbação gravitacional para alguns casos particularmente importantes, a saber, a onda gravitacional fraca e o limite newtoniano da métrica de Schwarzschild, a fim de comparar nossos resultados com os resultados encontrados na literatura que foram obtidos por outros métodos.CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superio
