An efficient frequency-domain method for the analysis of arbitrary nonuniform lossy coupled multiconductor transmission lines and interconnects is presented and investigated. The proposed approach permits to handle any non-uniformity with excellent accuracy and efficiency. Examples and comparisons with simulated full-wave results are given to illustrate the high suitability of the approach in modeling arbitrary lines and interconnects
