DESIGN PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CASE STUDY : PT. SOLARENS LEDINDO)

PT Solarens Ledindo is a manufacturing company in the assembly of LED luminaire lamps in Indonesia. So, in order to keep competitive in the business, good management of the company is needed. . So that in order to stay competitive in business, good company management is needed. However, until now, PT Solarens Ledindo still does not have a clear and directed pms. The purpose of this research is to propose a business solution by designing a performance management system for PT Solarens. So the company will has a vision and mission, strategies and key performance indicators that are aligned with each other. The framework used to design pms is the balanced scorecard. Designing a pms begins with determining what strategies will be implemented, then develop into a key performance indicator, and finally it will be weighted to get performance indicators that are the priority of the company in running its business.
