As the discovery of RNA interference (RNAi) and the gradual conquering of a series of technical issues, a few of RNAi therapeutics have been approved in the non-tumor field abroad. With the advantages of high specificity, long duration of efficacy, and high success rate of development, RNAi therapeutics have become the emerging field globally. There are no RNAi therapeutics approved in oncology so far, and people are hoping a breakthrough in the field.
