As the discovery of RNA interference (RNAi) and the gradual conquering of a series of technical issues, a few of RNAi therapeutics have been approved in the non-tumor field abroad. With the advantages of high specificity, long duration of efficacy, and high success rate of development, RNAi therapeutics have become the emerging field globally.
