From physics to medicine, biology, or art, x-rays have a wide spectrum of applications. X-ray sources are legion (Crookes tube, synchrotron accelerator, ...) and recently the Compton sources. Compton's back-scattering effect occurs when an electron gives a part of its kinetic energy to a photon. This thesis describes works done on the 50 Mev electron accelerator of ThomX, a prototype of a compact Compton source. The transfer line and the storage ring of the accelerator, especially the injection process, have been simulated. It has allowed a study of beam loss risks during injection as well as a test for the injection feedback code developed.
