Mooting, also known as a mock trial, is a form of simulated learning that is frequently used in legal education to teach practical skills. With the increasing advancement of technologies, educators have begun to incorporate a digital element into mooting in order to enhance its educational capabilities. In other areas of education, the use of virtual reality technology to facilitate simulated learning has shown to successfully improve students’ learning.
