Raya Tlogomas No.246 Malang Email: nursalinabintialias@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the Human Development Index, Open Unemployment Rate and Gross Regional Domestic Product Against Poverty Levels in East Nusa Tenggara Province in 2016-2020. The type of data used in this research is panel data. The tool used to perform the test is Eviews 9. The tests used in this research are the FE, CE, RE, Chow test, Hausman test, and LM test. The results of this study indicate that the Human Development Index has a negative and significant effect where the coefficient value is -0.363040 with a probability value of 0.0000, the Open Unemployment Rate has a significant positive effect where the coefficient value is 0.049975 with a probability value of 0.0832, and Gross Regional Domestic Product has a significant negative effect with a coefficient value. of -0.038525 with a probability value of 0.0006
