This study aims to determine the effect of workloard on turnover intention variables through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The object of this research are the employees on PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk. The data analysis method used Path Analysis. The number of population were 466 people and the samples in this study were 82 respondents with proportionate random sampling method. The results of this study indicate that workload has a possitive and significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has significant effect on turnover intention. And job satisfaction is able to partially mediating workload on turnover intention
